Down the line is there potential for additional properties for surfaces to be introduced so currently we have thickness but could there be the potential for
compact (so the compression of the surface so more compression less speed on deformation until it reaches a threshold.
Water base (define how wet or dry a track is the wetter the track the less dust until it reaches a threshold of a line like drying line)

At the moment there are no plans to allow the modification of the surface properties, that are hardcoded for each material:
- soft soil
- soil
- compact soil
At least one new material will be added, though: a hard soil for the bottom of dirt ovals.
The values for dry and wet terrain are already different.
