Until Piboso decides to do a 64bit build, here is the answer: http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=4850.0 (http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=4850.0)
Its not to do with loading. its to do with INSTALLING the track.
Try dowloading 7Zip - http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
It is a lot better for packing/unpacking the .rar files
Once you have that installed you should be able to unpack the tracks :)

You don't need to do that. Don't touch original .pkz files.
To install a track just create a tracks folder in GPB directory an put the new track there.
(and BTW, I doubt any decent zip software has problems handling files of that size: likely you did something wrong).
Tracks aren't currently using the .pkz files they are still folder.
I belive Connor has downloaded them using the Mega zip download.
I've been using winrar. its because i was trying to put a 300MB track into a PKZ. i know to make a tracks folder now anyways, thank you.

Still, you don't need to add them to the tracks.pkz file (I know you know, mostly for the others).
Oh not at all.
