I tested only Shanghai and must admit it's not bad.
But it can be even better.
The problem is that you put the camera too close for the layout.
FoV is OK but if it was more off the track, the effect may be better.
Even if you put each TV camera very close to any object on track (here (https://s25.postimg.cc/bfj9q2i4t/gpb_tvcam.png)).
Look at the screen - yellow is where you put your cameras, while green is where I'd put them (with decreased FoV - e.g. 5-15, depends on the distance from layout).

Don't want to say your camera set is bad, I already made TV Cameras for almost 15 tracks in GP Bikes and I just know how to get good effect.
