I have a parallel control to the PS4, I can not configure it, can anyone help?

Have you got the drivers installed? (can windows see the controller)
If yes, Can GPB see the controller?
Go To the settings menu, under the Input tab, Click calibration. See the selected controller (not sure what a PS4 controller would be, Dualshock 4 maybe??)
From that calibration tab, you should be able to see the inputs and then set up the controller inputs to GPB.
