Oh, im really sorry, seems like everything jumbled up in my head and i misdirected on the last track where i was  :-[ I had updated drivers today and everything fine on Salzburg (the only place is still flickering on my PC is Michelin boards before last S-turn)

Especially i like the trees :) but too much flickering objects (z-fighting).

Oh, really? I always thought the Unique Selling Proposition sales anything (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unique_selling_proposition). Which real circuit will be this "proposition"? Are you sure its important for players here to have official Mugello or LagunaSeca? Instead of Misano, why? Keep in mind, that current vote is for players, who already plays GPB. So they choosed GPB not because of tracks, obviously.
How many of you didnt played the Ride 1-2-3 because it didnt had your favourite track?
Anyway, next track will not be really official too, so what is the difference between developer`s non official and community`s non official versions?
And how do you think, which advert sounds better: "we have a few circuits, which looks similar to real" or "we recreated the dream of one of the legendary racing champions"?
If Piboso actually wants more quality content, so may be its better concentrate to write a complex check list for modders? About pixel density, normals and smoothing groups, welded vertices, packaging the UVs, avoiding Z-fighting and so like?

So and what? What is the point to make ONE track from whole GP calendar? What is the point for your modeller to create again the track wich was already modeled tens times before?
Ledenon, just as an example on another hand, being very twisty can be very helpful to train the riders and (the main thing) will help to you to fix the bike`s behaviour on the inclined (sloped?) turns. Ok, i totally agree that its not suited for GP-bikes.
So, how about a third way? Easy recognisable by name, very unique, fast racing tracks, which yet not created in 3d? Everybody will have their own interest with them, i guess :)

  I supporting the crowdfunding, but absolutly NO for any laser scanned tracks. Dont you have the others problems to resolve? Its better to hire more programmers to help you, as in my opinion. Nothing personal, im just trying to think logical.
  What exactly we trying to reach? What will be in final version and already done for now, which aspects needs to be reworked, to be added? Write it to yourself on the paper, post it on the forum — we all will know the final destination and we all will have the direction to move on. This will help to stop your mood swings, i hope  :D
   How about a little game on the forum?  You asking for some sort of  content/ someone posting the content made from scratch (and everybody saying "Yes, its quality work, its worthily to ask something for it") — you adding one new feature or fixing the issue? Both sides have a stimulus, hm? ("fix the multiplayer" is not correct, "fix the network synchronization for players with ping less than 150ms and network speed more than 10mb/sec" is correct)
  Or how about a local crowdfundings for big features? You want a ragdoll phisycs? ok, 100$. And some page with progress bars — how much money any feature did collected. I think we all understanding that we are all together in this boat and we understanding that continuing of the developmend need more money. And we dont have another planet with another rules for those who disagree :)
Just some of my thoughts, you can ignore it  :-X

Contemporary PBR features (talked many times, so no reason to explain again)
Multi-texture blending (for ground; using RGBA channels)
Ragdoll for better hands/legs/butt positioning on different bikes and  while crash
Particles for tyre smoke, exhaust, sand/gravel/grass, crashes
Templates of different types of engines and suspensions (i can make 3d models)
Headlights and taillights (not only for night races)
GP-bikes as encyclopedia: more pages with text and additional photos (extended Info) , maybe even built-in YTube player
Arcade mode for driving (surprise! its not a joke). For being a good choice for party in garage with a little drunked friends. And thats why i asked for cruisers.
Starter packs for new users and modders with links and additional third-party files (inbetween decision for "In-game downloads")
Instance objects on map and library of them: trees, grass, cars, people and so on. After that differents layouts (short, long, etc) will be just a little txt-file with coordinates of roadblocks and conuses, so they might be chosen inside one page of the Track, not as different track.
Steam, of course

As for buying licenses... I think the better way is to be a product, in wich the real companies wants to be (like GranTurismo). This is another reason why i asked extended Info -- prepare GPbikes to be a suitable platform for advertising .

I bought that game at least to support developing motorcycle games. Yes, handling even worse than Milestone`s, but i`ll try to live with it, while saving some money for DD's HS :D
