just wondered what the plan is on finishing the sim? as much as i like the idea of improvments, reinstalling sim and then having to go though mission of re downloading all the upgraded mods fills me with dread.
its bad enough having to always check upgraded mods, new beta versions compound it.
not a b**ching post as i know it is what it is, just wondered if or when the sim will go past beta?

k, just asking/begging for someone to convert it into the sim, was my first ever bike. still dream of buying another one and putting and rd350 lump into one.

when i first started, had a play around with controller settings and thought id made some progress on making things more comfortable for me.
everytime i go online i seem to be 5 to 10 seconds off the pace, always presumed others were on more accurate handlebar controllers, but had a chat to guy 10secs faster a lap than me on xbox controller exactly the same as me, i felt like a was riding my @ss off on the knife edge.
so perhaps my controller settings are making life harder and i dont know it?
so asking what settings other xbox controller guys are using? honestly not wanting a competitive edge, would just prefer not to feel like im holding others up.
mostly feel like my turning settings are off...

ok do i really need to dl all 18 versions via mega? for 6 bikes?
guys seriously, all downloads have to go on my tight c drive before moving to other places. 18 downloads for just 6 bikes is getting out of hand.
seems like i spend more time downloading new versions and updated bikes than ever playing.

any chancethat the modders could stop updating the mods all the damn time.
seriously anytime i try and join a server it seems i have to download all the same bikes and tires.
its honestly getting annoying and putting me off playing as everytime ive gotta spend 20mins going to mega.

hay looking to join servers racing at spa, ive DLed both latest versions V1.5 and V1.5NDS and still cant those servers in game, also DLed the SPA1966 version and thats not it.
is there another track called SPA LS DS ive looked everywhere and it isnt in the pinned MEGA track database?
any help would be awesome thanks.

keep seeing MGP18_DEMO catergory in servers page, most of the time that is the only server with players online.
just wondered if there is a place to download this bike or bikes?

so if you dont DL all bikes for online session itll crash, just wondered if thats the same with paints for bike/suit or helmet?
IE if i create my own paint scheme and take it into online lobby, will it crash or just not show up to other people in lobby?

also if im the host and use a custom paint, do the other people that want to join have to also DL the paints just to join?

keep trying to set up a online track day with me as host but keeps crashing when i go to track.
got 100dl and 7ul internet with under 20 ping.
what do i set up max clients, bandwidth (set as low?)and max ping(set as 150?) do i put my location of london in?
can i even do this? as it keeps crashing?

hi using a xbox controller and would like some suggestions on the settings other people use.
it would also be helpful if i could get a better explaination for some of the setting sliders used for steering.
what does the "direct lean" slider do? mines at 49%
what does "linearity" slider mean? mines at 80%
i have smooth box ticked and "press" and "release" at 10% but dont know what these mean?
finally what is the "gain"? mine is at 100%

im sure if i understood what the setting meant i could have a fiddle and get it where i want, but im in the dark right now so scared to make things worse.
this may sound noobie, but would really just like the steering like ride2, because the way its set up now the only way to lean 30% to 50% is to keep analog stick at 50% which is mega hard

hay, i only ever see one server online, it was motogp2 on victoria, lately its r6 cup on suzuka. its always empty.
having had the sim/game for a month ive only come accross afew people while putting in 5 to 10 hours messing about on my own.
are there servers that i cant see as dont have the tracks downloaded?
i read the threads and it seems like theres afew guys racing online every night?
am i missing out or am i just not online when others are?
the times i have a look are 7pm to 2am GMT uk times?

ok ive got 1 bike mod working, it isnt a pkz file older type bike folder, also brands hatch track works that isnt pkz file but is a folder.
please help im a noob and sure im doing something wrong somewhere?
ok so ive created bike, tire and track folders in correct place, i DL bike extract the pkz file and add to bikes folder, then DL the tires for same bike, put tire pkz file in folder for tires.
then start sim, can see the added bike in options, select it and it doesnt show in menu, go to testing and start and get black screen with speedo shown.
am i making some divvy rookie mistake? any help would be life saving.
