I'm from Strängnäs. But i grew up in Stockholm 

Fired up GPB for the first in a couple of weeks today. But i think i won't be able to do this event either.
I crashed my bike a while ago, an elk (moose) walked out right in front of me (like 20 feet ahead) and i was banged up quite a bit. Broke a rib, smashed up left hand
and arm and some other things. Nothing that won't heal but it'll take some time.

Don't know if the bike will be fixed or scrapped. Depends on what the insurance company says. Lot of damage especially to the front of the bike.
It is (was) a Suzuki GSX750, some years old so not worth a fortune. I'm almost hoping they won't fix it so i can get something new

Anyway, hoping to join in on theese hotlap events sooner or later.

Some questions.. Do the track conditions change from day to day? Like wind direction etc?

The dynamic groove build up.. If I do some laps in the morning is it the same in the afternoon or will more rubber be layed down by then? Or does it get reset often?

On that note, the track will probably be faster if you join when many others are on track i guess?

Is there a way to show all drivers in the standings on the hotlap page? It always defaults to top 10 in each category (and i'm usually not in the top 10  ) Would be nice if the page loaded with all drivers showing in all categories.

Can't find anywhere to download anything but the complete 2.65 though?

Maybe not the place to post, but do i need to download the complete 2.65 bikeset, or is there somewhere i can find just the update?

OK, thanks. Don't know if there's that much difference between bikes. Guess it's mostly rider skill

Wow, fierce battle at the top! Mostly Ninjas in top 10, maybe i should've tried the bikes out some more before starting off (nah, better to have something to blame  )

I'm guessing you can't change bike during an event?

Will be putting in some more laps during the weekend, but i can't see how to make up 5 seconds. Well i haven't played Gpbikes for that long, guessing practise is the answer.
Starting this event i had problems getting below 1.40, now i do 1.35 so...

Love the game though, finally a bikesim that feels like riding a bike 

It's not a big deal, well i did improve my time with 1 second... but since i'm quite new at the game, i'm sure i'll beat that during the week

Seems my last run didn't make it to the hotlap site?
I did 15 laps and it isn't on site, but the site was updated with new results while i was checking (long after i finished my attempt)?

Did some laps at Philip Island with an SBK bike. My time appeared on the motonline-france site, but i think the hotlap event was over because it says no event when i click hotlap events at the top on that site.

I was almost 7 seconds behind the best... ouch  More practise needed.

EDIT: Well, i scrolled up a bit in this thread and found that event did indeed finish some hours ago
