There have been several requests to improve live timing and to add a plugin interface to receive race information in real-time.
However, those suggestions are scattered around the forum and difficult to find.
So please write in this thread, in great detail, what you need and why.

As soon as I read the news, I stormed out to buy a controller.
Installed the drivers, linked the controller to the PC using a usb to micro-usb cable and it works perfectly.

The XInput plugin recognizes it.

Pros:
- the sticks are more precise around the center, less deadzone required
- the sticks have almost square output! woot!!!

Cons:
- the back buttons have a worse feeling
- the triggers use "softer" springs

Overall, the feeling is about the same as the previous one.
Considering the better sticks, it should be the new controller of choice for GP Bikes and MX Bikes, if a FF steering wheel is not available.

The GP Bikes community keeps getting better: it is now very helpful and friendly.
So a big thank you to everyone!

By the way... At the moment it's already possible to manually change gear even if autoshift is enabled. Should this be changed?

Can someone explain why this video got over 6000 views and 54 likes in less than 2 days?
The uploader has few subscribers and the other videos don't have many views.

So far, it didn't bring many licenses, though...

There were no plans to release any tool or documentation for physics editing after Beta4 release.
Everything is still WIP and there is no time for that at the moment.

Anyway, the first mod already looks pretty accurate despite it all.

A few suggestions:
- the front suspension collides with the body when fully compressed. Probably the joint needs to be moved slightly down
- the fuel tank position is under the tip of the seat: is this correct?
- the collision objects would need some tuning: in particular the bottom sphere could be replaced with a box
- it is possible to move the boots link position in the gfx.cfg file

- when geometry and suspensions are perfect, tuning of the steer parameters is very important to make the bike stable... Unfortunately this is more of a black art than science, and requires a lot of trial and error

If you join a server as admin, in the "Event Info" tab there are 4 buttons with a triangle in it.
Clicking on them you skip directly to ( or restart the ) matching session.
