And the same person that pestered the developer for encryption support in the first place?

In the first place that did not happen the way you are telling it.

When the motogp 19 mod was in development, I decided to have a small group of people test it and give their feedback. Some people did not understand that testing and giving an opinion does not mean that that opinion has to be taken into account. I always made it very clear that as the motogp 19 mod developer I would have the last word. However when I discarded some feedbacks that I did not consider useful some people (including you) decided to publish modified files on their own outside the group, publishing them in discord when the mod was not finished yet. You did not respect the rules and you disrespected me publishing the files. You guys decided to fuck me just because I didn't accept some opinions. Is that trying to help me? I do not think so. For that reason those people were kicked and for that reason I made the decision to block the mod.

However, at this moment none of my mods are blocked nor will they be in the future since I have nothing to hide. I also don't mind having others review the files.

I don't care if someone steals anything from my mods. Whoever does it is because he does not have enough skills to do it himself.

I have nothing more to say about it nor am I going to get into absurd discussions.

Have a nice day.

I don't think anyone steals mods here. However, I don't care if someone views my files.

I think blocking a mod is only necessary for a paid mod.

los enlaces de Manu no funcionan y por tanto no se puede descargar la traducción de la Beta 18
perdonar mi ignorancia (soy nuevo en GP Bikes) ¿la traducción de la Beta 17 sirve en la actual Beta 18?

Manu has sadly abandoned modding and deleted all his files, so he cannot rebuilt the rider mod.

That is wrong. I have not abandoned modding or deleted my files. Just taken a break.

Support / Re: mods not working

Quote from: cromhunt on July 11, 2020, 09:53:56 AMHello :)
I just downloaded the MotoGP2019 mod,and not any of bikes accept to accelerate.
It comes very slowly like if the pit limiter is on
However with the bike featured with the game(M2) all is working fine.I did several attemps with auto or manual gearbox.Could you please point out to me a fix. Thanks in advance

Disable everything in "settings/simulation" except automatic rider lean and automatic clutch.

I'm afraid no one has the ability to do that. Anyway my riders cannot be replaced.

Support / Re: Switch out rider animations?

Quote from: Vini on July 03, 2020, 02:54:20 PMI had the idea to replace the gesture animation files by the ones for stand-up wheelie and leg dangle to get manual control over them but it didn't work for some reason.

Does anybody know how these .ANM files need to be formatted?

You cannot do such a thing. The animations are encoded for a specific action. Changing the names won't do any good.

Quote from: Myst1cPrun3 on July 02, 2020, 08:41:25 AMPibosos M2 does it.

If you watch the wheels they like flick to a 2d version at a certain speed (assuming it's an LOD change) and then blurs

But the effect looks much worse than just leaving it alone

There is no 3D blur on the M2 rims. It is simply a blurry texture that is activated when the wheel is moving. A separate 3d model with a blurred texture must be used.

It is not possible to blur a 3d object.

Virtual Reality / Re: VR Steering

Quote from: doubledragoncc on July 01, 2020, 10:36:20 AMThis is why I do NOT use countersteering but lean angle as using countersteering for the whole corner plus the amount needed for input to GPB makes it feel wrong and is wrong. Tried it dont like it lol.

My new 2020 Sit-on uses a second axis, that of the bars on the horizontal as IRL but only for a bit of feeling. It can be used for pressure input if wanted

DD

The direct steering in gpb does not work correctly. There is much to improve.

By the way, your simulator looks very good.

With the weight of the body you can have a certain inclination but that inclination will be very slow and insignificant compared to the counter-handlebar.

People do not pay attention to the counter-handlebar because they do it unconsciously as DD has said.
