Issue with helmet skin showing up

First off, I apologise for the goonish question 

I'm trying to get a skin i made for the Arai lid to show up ingame, i know how the paint software all works, and it shows the name in the helmet list, but when i click on it the skin doesn't show, it just stays black.

Are you using the right template to base your skin on?? Its not the default one and im not aware of any Arai tempalte being avilable.

Just fixed it! there was pieces missing on the template i found, thanks anyway.
