how I can change track advertising?

What do you mean by track advertising?

I guess you mean the adverts on the advertisement boards around the track?

If this is what your talking about, then you'd need the track source files and a 3d App like 3ds Max or Maya to be able to insert a new texture onto the billboard that represents the advert you require.
