Or bandicam if you want free of charge up to 10 minutes recording time without having to subscribe. My free trial version does not have a watermark.

Bandicam is arguably as good as fraps and will perhaps allow you to experiment with the process of recording, compressing (if required) and uploading to YouTube before any money is paid out by you.
