Help making sure i Can race online!!

Hi i was wondering if people still play this online a lot or not. Would love to race with some people! Any advice on what i need to have to make sure i can connect with other riders> IE Do i need all mods to play with people or do i only need what ever the other players have downloaded

you can see what mods are on the servers running. some times the servers arent up to date with the actual mod. then u get a data mismatch.
there is also a 2-week-updated "bikeset-collection" which klax75 is thankfully supporting called Bike-MOD.

You might want to try using the SyncBack Server (HERE)

It's very simple, just follow the instructions on the forum post and once setup the program will keep your Bikes up to date (there is a update every 1st and 15th day of the month)

As for the Tracks just keep an eye on THIS Thread, whenever there is a new track Hawk will post a link on there.

Just keep everything up to date and you'll soon find people online

NO seriously TY SOOO MUCH. This just made everything so much better. Had to learn a few new things but i was set lol. Just needed to make sure I allowed the bikes folder to be shared. Now I just need to get the controls down.

Well i got everything ready but i cant seem to join anyones races due too the data mismatch issue. thing is i used the sync and got the track not sure what else i can do?

try joining the Default #2 - Training server and see how that goes

Are you using a custom skin on the bike or rider?

If you stick to the bike mod 2.45 you can only join dibu, motonline france and default servers..

Do you mean by mod as in what i choose in the menu? Like when i start the game and it has the mod option, is that what you mean? If so Are the bike sets the mode or do i get a totally different file for the mod? Sorry for the confusion and no im not using any skin mods yet! right now it says beta 6

When you've done all this then you'll be set to go.
