We're speaking of GPB, not Luis Vuitton here. I'd be utterly surprised if DD was able to sell 20 GPB t-shirt, so if you want to call this "unofficial merchandising" or "make money using the GP Bikes logo" fine, except the scale is ridiculous and nobody was going to make any money (except, maybe Piboso).

Totally Piboso's right to not agree with the idea, but to me it's just another wasted chance for GPB to have some free visibility/advertising (and maybe some free cash too, if I understand DD right). Which is funny when we're often served the "GPB does not sell enough" little story ...

Anyway, whatever ...

You DO need Piboso as you are designing a controller based around motorcycle simulation correct? Well The last time I checked GPBikes is the ONLY motorcycle simulator hence you need Piboso's work to complete your project unless you are going to simply use it for arcade based games on the market already?   

Even if I could I see no reason to ban you at all.

Even if you were to make $10 off of GPBikes it would be $10 to much as it isn't yours to make decisions with is all I am saying. If you and Piboso come to an agreement with figures of merchandise then so be it. But to just use the GPBike logo at will along side your own product regardless of your intentions isn't good business.

Also I never said you had bad intention. I think your frustrated because every time you try to do something to promote your product combined with GPBikes you are shut down. This isn't the first time right?

So its in your court man, I said I was sorry as I felt I did nothing wrong other than maybe a little ball breaking. My suggestion is if you have ideas to promote GPBikes along side you product to first and foremost contact Piboso with the idea before chiming in on the forums about how your going to use the logo.

I'd be a bit upset if you were going to use my bands logo on your shirt without proper channels taken through management.

OKAY fine............We spoke about this before and it was okay to do, but obviously forgotten. Sorry to try and help and actually put money into GPB.

I wont bother you with such trivial things again. I will ensure all my contact with bike manufacturers that i have spoken to and will be arranging to use my simulators at shows, events and in dealership showrooms in the near future, have NO knowledge of Piboso, GPB or MXB. I shall remove the GPB and MXB sections from my new website and all of the other sites and forums I have pushed the name Piboso, MXB or GPB so as to not upset you both any further.

I apologize for having blatantly disrespecting you and wrongly assuming you would appreciate publicity and financial help.

If you require me to leave the forum I fully understand and will do so immediately.

You should re-read (carefully) dd's 2nd post (which was straight in reply to Piboso's and well before your own posts), because most likely you've skipped the key point:

I dont intend to make money from your logo Piboso, I said a while back that it would mean you get advertizing AND money from the intake for the t-shirts or whatever has your logo on it.

Sounds explicit enough to me. Still Piboso's right to refuse, of course.
