Hey Guys, just a question...

Do you update the game with the Bike Mods monthly, or do you dl every bike/track etc by your own?! I just ask because there are sometimes missmatches with the bike mod...

It's best to stick with Klax75's "Bike MOD Revived" forum thread for your updates. You can download manually or install an automatic update(details on said thread post).

However having said that, if there are new bike MOD updates in-between the usual update dates of the 1st and 14th of each month then some servers do choose to update before the "Bike MOD Revived" update dates which can obviously cause confusion and problems with some users who are not familiar with how to solve these problems.

But my advice is to stick with the "Bike MOD Revived" update schedules because if you update away from that thread then you'll get "Data Mismatches" anyway from the majority of servers that stick to the usual update dates of the 1st and 14th of each month.

After all, it's not too long to have to wait for any bike mod updates to be included in the Bike MOD Revived schedule of two updates per month. I just wish all server admins would stick with one source to update their servers.... It's getting better, but still some server admins persist in making life difficult for some by updating in-between established Bike MOD update schedules.

If you havn't already seen it, here is the "Bike MOD Revived" forum thread: http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=789.0

Hope this helps. ;)

Hey glad to see a new racer here. I actually havent been online for a while since my GF and i broke up. But now im going to be online more!!

Just a heads up, MAke sure to register to the gpbikes site so you can get linked to motionline france! http://stats.gp-bikes.com/register.php

Motionline is a really cool way to see your progress also you will want this to take place in the HOT LAP timetrails. http://gp-bikes.motonline-france.com/index.php

If your looking for Some people to practice and race with then register to this M3 champ if you want. http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?board=34.0

Also i asked this a few weeks ago and got a lot of help. In my topic someone posted a few things i used like the syncback server and the config file found here. takes a while but it helps a lot. http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=1449.0

Some servers require you to download mods on your own. For the m3 champ you can just find it in the M3 forum and in the bike mod update topic you can see people talking about and posting the updates. Also hotlap events have their own mods to just simply go to the forums and get them. Hope this helps. M3 champs races are on SUNDAYS 3:00pm central usa. But you can find a countdown clock for each race in the M3 champ forum!
