Need help asap GPB

I am fairly new to playing things on my laptop and was having a hard time figuring out how to download mods to GPB. If any of you can help me out with some instructions that would be very helpful.

Cool, when you figure it out go to.. Mods/ bikes/ bike MOD revived.
Then download ''bike MOD 2.70''
Its a pack with all the available bikes so far all in one place
