3rd person viewing left/right

Not sure about this one (I never use 3rd person except when trying to figure out bike behavior), but aren't you suppose to see the bike from the side when you "look" left/right, the same way as the view changes when you look back? Instead the riders head just moves left and right but the camera stays put.
