PS: Maybe it's better to make also stripes on the tyres, not only Dunlop logos. The same with Moto3.

I also like to have stripes on tyres, but Moto2 2013 don't use that so we can't add stripes since it's supposed to replicate the reality :P

Only Kalex or can I expect also other Moto2 bikes?

You can expect the same bikes that we did for beta 4

Hi guys. First off, thanks for your awesome work. Second I have some feedback, and it's more my opinion than fact. The bike needs more engine brake. I don't know if you guys are planing to incorporate EB in the "garage" but now the bike has a tendency to just run wide on corner exit even off throttle because it's just "rolling on". Have to compensate with rear brake to close the trajectory or go into the corners, hitting the apex very late to make the turn. If you gonna include EB, then I guess this will not be a problem (if the running wide does not have another reason as well).

The other thing is that the bike feels a little bit too nimble at low speeds and initial turning. I've never ridden a Moto2 bike so I can't say if they are supposed to feel so "light", but maybe it's a tad too much? Just a thought. At faster speeds it is not so much of an issue.

Again, thank you for all your work.

Cheers,

Thank you David.  According to FIM rules, Moto2's engine is a HRC-kitted CBR600RR engine with quickshifter and has one simple ECU which many changes from the team are banned, and from what we searched, traction control and engine brake is not allowed to set, so it wont be a EB option in the garage.
We are still working on the physics for the next update and your feedback is really apreciated. The nimble thing could be caused for the weight distribution (just a guessed thought :) ). We (I, totally my fault) had a mistake on the tyre radius that is fixed now. It could be a cause too.

Thats right... the FIM allow have on box electronic settings for adjust engine brake parameter, but the engineers can make differents setings on clutch for take more or less engine brake.... rather...more or less action of anti-rebound clutch. The game cant show this mechanical adjustment but on my opinion its good have one or two steps for adjust for everyone`s taste.

I tried Manus first, and really liked it. But I feel CAWS' version is more realistic in the way it handles. Runs a bit too wide, but whatever.

Edit: Yup. Double-checked, and it certainly feels more realistic than Manu's.

Nice bike, but could anything be done about the first-person camera? It's really bad. Even worse than the NR750's. I read something (somewhere, in an instance of time too distant to recall) about a "geomed", and its usefulness in changing the first-person camera angle. Know where I could find the program?

Just use bikeED to move the rider and tank cameras
