Yes I know, but in real life your situational and environmental awareness is significantly richer. In a videogame/sim there must be sensible representations. There is a reason Piboso's GP125's, GP500's, and GP1000's 1p view is not as you describe.

And I do possess both a CRF125F, as well as a CBR250R..

UC I seriously am opposed to what you ask for as it is unreal and would ruin the sim for the MAJORITY of us.

I think me 37 years and over a million miles in just a 7 year period on 2 wheels professionally, gives me a bit more experience than yourself

We want realism not kiddy gamer views

Lol, you don't speak for the majority. They can speak for themselves. Anyway, it was a suggestion. You need not fear that the Italian Mod Team will change the onboard view only because I request it. It depends on what they're happy with.

Note: Take into account that my pitch and fov settings are both maxed out. All those unpleasantries you associate with my preferred view are therefore amplified.

Italian Mod Team

The actual views are good. There are no other changes to the position at the time. For personal preferences is possible change the fov/pitch and other parameters in the sim options.

Everyone is free to suggest everything.

Im just bustin ya balls UC

It is actually a shame Piboso does not make the FOV and other views a bit wider in adjustability for such circumstances.

If you wish to ride with your bum on the tailpiece it is up to you, it may get a bit sore though so ask the IMT team to fit a wee bum pad for you lol

Love these bikes though and interested in the races IMT will be hosting

Primarily, the problem with Italian Mod Team's current onboard view location, is that it does not respond well to changes in pitch and FOV. Mine does.

@Italian Mod Team: What's your current opinion on this? I feel my customization adequately accommodates all personal preferences regarding the onboard view

Blackheart

In the first vid the rider neck is long 2m?  ??? "realistic" in the title its a joke i think.

I dont see problems with the actual RF views. Of course it is not perfect, when we back on the first bikes we will improve them, anyway is possible change the settings for any style (videogame or realistic). I prefer the realism:

Personally I think we already have to set the helmet cam too far back/low relative to real life to allow for riders wanting to keep a point of reference on screen to aid 1P riding.

I prefer the default camera well high and forward when used with a Tracker as the head movement around the screen when the rider tucks in or sets up for a turn seems much more realistic, but for a mod i would always set it a little further back and lower in the normal default position. The view controls then give a bit of adjustment around this default position.

This was discussed a while back and a position that seems to relate to where the top half of the bars are along the bottom of the screen when the rider is tucked in gives a decent compromise.

Any sports bike from the early 90's onward with higher foot rests and clip-on style bars will place you well forward even when you are in a normal relaxed riding position.

Precisely my advocation. Placing the camera further back and lower, as i have done, (as well as piboso for his GP1000, GP500, and GP125) allows for a wide range of user adjustability to suit all tastes. Most mod bikes also have the camera placed in a similar position to mine for this very reason.

UC you DONT move it back a LITTLE you move it back unrealistically and as if sitting on the pillion seat or tailpeice

Your videos prove it. We all see toooooo much of the tank. You NEVER see that much tank unless you a 3 ft midget with  4 ft arms or a baby Orangatag!!!

My point is: Moving it that distance backward, allows users to adjust the in-game cockpit view settings such that they can obtain the very same type of view that you desire. Where it currently is placed by the Italian Mod Team does not allow us to make the same kind of adjustments. It only favors riders like yourself. My tweak however, allows both you and I to obtain our ideal cockpit views. All you have to do is change the pitch and FOV. Currently, an RSV4 user who prefers my type of cockpit view (or even something in between) can't adjust anything.

Italian Mod Team

Stop with this stuff, It has already been written that the views will be improved in future. Other comments about this will be deleted instantly.
