I'm so confused...

Well i downloaded GP Bikes, played it and thought ah, ill buy the game cos its pretty good. i enter my eky and it works and everything, but... my question is... is the game really this empty after paying 27 euro? 27 euro and theres only 1 track and 4 bikes? Am i missing something cos i feel like i am... ive tried downloading mods, most on here have a dead download link and some are just discontinued with no download link... its the same with tracks... i keep heard about GP bikes italia but theres no explenations or anything... the only bike ive managed to get working is a cbr 600. after paying 27 euro i really did expect more... someone tell me if ive done something stupidly wrong?

I'd say the game does indeed feel empty when you first get the license. but the cool thing with buying it is that you can access all the mods available the tricky part can be to find them here! this should work out for you! do remember when you want to implement new tracks you gotta create a folder for the tracks fx> new folder named Tracks.

CAWS releases their bikes via the Bike MOD database, to which I linked above. Most users release their bikes via new topics in the "bikes" section, but all released bikes eventually make it to the Bike MOD Mega.nz database to ensure there is a central location for users to download all the bikes released.

Mate, take some time to read the guide and figure out what's going on. I gave you the place to start.

Old bikes for previous betas and alphas are no good which is why there is ONE place to get all the working ones for the current Beta. Well, 2 now just to confuse things.

People are asked not to bang bike links all over the forum that will go out of date for precisely this reason. Especially as it is none of these people who ever help out new members either.

To be fair, it's not exactly obvious to a newcomer where the database is lol.

@connor. obviously you can play it however you like but for me it's about the physics, handling and feeling it gives me putting laps together.. i did about 2 shit laps on the demo and i was sold 
personally i wasn't bothered about the lack of base content.. i knew the learning curve would keep me occupied for a while lol. i suppose the main focus is to be a simulator.. a good track with dynamic surface and a good bike, im happy for hours just laying down some rubber  i appreciate alot of people want and expect the full package though..  which makes me laugh now actually  i mean.... when is GPB's 10th birthday?? 

Not that i mind.. it cost me less than 27euro lol. few years ago.. 8 beta's later, happy days  i still enjoy the updates and seeing it evolve

Yeh I do agree it would help a lot if that GUIDE had its own section in the forum with a suitable heading, and also updated to the latest relevancies. All I know is when I joined I took the time to search the forum for answers before asking anything. Like you say 10 years later it is unlikely anyone will think of a question that hasn't been asked already to some level.

Perhaps an ADMIN could do this or even the mighty @PiBoSo himself as the admins are rarer than rocking horse sh*t. ?

Come to think of it I think this has already been asked before at least 20 times.

Can someone think about moving the GPB UNOFFICIAL GUIDE from out of the SUPPORT section into its own cleverly named section so it is blatantly obvious for newbies to find out where to start and what to do?

You must notice every new member cant figure out what to do lately??
