You got either the wrong bikes or tyres for the server you tried to join. Most servers don't run many bikes, so pick one that runs say only MotoGP17 and download all those bikes, tyres and stands from the Bike Mod area. Once you've got them sorted try another server with a differrent bike category on. If you try getting the whole lot one go it gets much harder to filter out what's wrong, so build it up bike by bike.

For MotoGP17 you can get it from the Bike Mod thread http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=2626.0 or get it from the authors section http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=5214.0. That last link has one single download for all you need for the MotoGP17 bikes.

I had the same issue with Moto3 bikes. I have reinstalled bikes and tyres and it helped.

For your own sanity I suggest using the SyncBack Free profile that's been setup.
http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=1449.0

That's the link to the thread and it explains it pretty well - install the program it takes all of half a minute, download all 3 profiles and import them.  Make sure your folder has shared with open security and run the program as admin.  It will download all bikes, tyres and other misc elements for you and place them in the correctly folder layout.

After that simply download whichever track you need from the track database.  You can check which servers require which tracks by going here: stats.gp-bikes.com/servers.php

And you should have no more mismatches and no more headaches trying to locate servers.
