Green Hell headshake

Has anyone figured out why the 1st person view shakes like crazy at low speeds on the classic Nurburgring-track, both on on the old one and on the newer AC-converted version. Is there a fix? Why is it a problem on these two tracks but not on others?

So it is a "mode=1"-problem and not a specific track-problem? So the ball is in Piboso's court if I understand it correctly?
