For me, the firsts were "The cycles" by accolade in a friend's pc, Super Hang-on on video games store and Kawasaki Superbike Challenge at home:

After that, I was a GP500 junkie. Now a GPB one.

This was my first online gaming experience...
<a href="http://youtube.com/v/gibz9bMd9dc" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://youtube.com/v/gibz9bMd9dc</a>

I loved that I could find a full lobby at almost anytime. And i loved the ranking system. It was so simple. It was determined by adding up all the lap times on all the tracks to a single time total for each player. The lowest total was ranked no 1. I made it to around 100, but that was hard since there was over 10000 on the leaderboard (really only about 1500 active at the peak of popularity)

Not exactly mentioning the "first" only

Just had to remove full crash sequence from SBK 2001, otherwise it was outstanding.

What do you mean 'the full crash sequence'? The running back to bike? Man I think I want that in GPB! Much more realistic ;D

The rider ran in a straight line to his bike and the AI was unable to avoid collisions. Very often a traffic jam would form behind a bike persistently running over the rider.
