Cant seem to get online servers to work......???

Hi,

Just bought this sim with a friend, it seems to work fine offline but when we attempt to join an online server we both get 'missing bike' error.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have tried hosting my own server online also but it does the same.

Do you have all the bikes downloaded with tyres?

Download mods to get online. Heres how to install them as you are new to GPBikes and Welcome to the forum m8

Game is very mod reliant, if you wanna race online you gotta download everything the specified server requires. Bikes, tracks, tires.

You also need the misc folder for mod vike stands or it wont work!!!

Ok so I've got it to work by downloading all the bikes and tyres..... Got the HUD system as well which is very useful.

Is there much activity with online stuff? We had around 6 in our online lobby last night with a few very fast guys round Victoria.

almost each evening there is someone in the lobbies. Yes thats true that there is small activity but with so many ppl online it is sometimes hard to practice.

Don't forget there are masses just lurking about, too frustrated by the online problems to ride, dreaming of a working V1.  Watchers and Lurkers.

speaking of stands I assume you toss everything related to the bike you want into the misc/stands folder?

Effects in effecs under misc

Your head up your.....................opps to much info lol

Just kidding, but misc only for stands and effects files
