SSP600 R6 Wheels?

Naming the file 'wheels' appears not to work for me. Anyone have any idea what the file needs to be called, or any other reason that this part of the skin isn't showing up for me in game? Every skin I view for the SSP R6 also has the same gold-ish wheels
