Error 0*C000007b

I would test GPB Version 15, but I get after Installation - if I try to start core.exe - the error message
Code: [Select]
0*C00007b.
My system is Windows10 64Bit.
All other exe files works like it should.

Any idea?

The error code only indicates the app didn't start and does not help with the cause. After making sure the GPB download is ok, I'd start looking at generic stuff like disk issues or AV blocking etc.
