Good shot.................BUT the tread on the tyre at the top looks reversed as if it is sticking out of the tyre???...............H?

hmm... must be some issue with the model surface lighting/normals/(insert some fancy sounding jargon) i guess. certainly not due to my editing ;)

H fixed it for 916A3 so I thought 955 would have the same shaders?

Normal maps in some circunstaces/lightning  can look a bit fake.
Anyway doesn't look bad to me

It is not that it looks bad it is that H had fixed it in 916A3 so was surprised to see it on 955

how do you guys get screenshots and edit them like that?

you ride , after you get a replay and screenshot with a software like FRAPS , or something free like OBS , and you modify it on photoshop and do a good color correction for a good result :)

Or F10 and F11, to use the built-in screen grabbing.
