Are you using a custom helmet (not the original one)?

Its on every track and im using the full carbon skin from the gsvr (no custom helmet)

Yeah I've noticed this for a couple months since Beta 4 came out just have been forgetting to post. Seems like if you don't have a custom helmet on it doesn't show a head at all. Happens on every track.
