Hello, i'm new to here just bought the game and its awesome. Learning the physics and loving it so far. Trying to play
the mod but it doesn't start. Most probably i'm missing either a tyre or stand file but i cannot find them in the MEGA link.
Anyone could help me out?

Not every mod is updated to beta14.
MotoGP 2015 by Manu wasn't updated since he worked also on 2017-2018 seasons.
