Good news for aragon. I found new method for smoothing, I tried the S specially difficult and it works reaaly better.
Very promising.

If you can, please look also at all the holes between track and grass.
Also, there seems to be a step between track and grass at some points: as soon as your wheels go off-track even slightly (and with the bike vertical), you're almost ejected, as if the grass was 15cm lower than the track.

I rebuild the asphalt and the grass along the asphalt, so there will be no more holes.
