Sound tracks? Your not thinking about music, surely? Hehe.... Just joking. ;D
I presume you mean to add maybe background sound files? ;)

If he means background sounds or track sounds, that would be epic! Hearing the crowd screaming when you pass the finish line would be awesome :D

It is supported, but never been tested, so probably it doesn't work.
1) Create a text file in the track folder, named as the track id and with extension SSC ( for example: victoria.ssc )
2) manually edit it using the following format:
numsources = 3
source0
{
data = crowd.wav
pos = 0,0,0
mindistance = 10
}
source1
{
data = crowd.wav
pos = 1,1,1
mindistance = 10
}
source2
{
data = test.wav
pos = 2,2,2
mindistance = 5
}
3) the WAV files must be placed in the GP Bikes installation directory, under gpbikes/effects/sounds/
4) please report if it works
I test, thank you
I made SEVERAL tests this morning, no positive, here is a screen of the configuration used
