so today I finally took the step to download all the bikes from BIKEMOD
but sadly after an attempt on joining motoonline-fr it told me I have a missing bike. it would be so nice if the game could tell me which one :/
I made sure to download every single one of the bikes but to no avail, it is greatly discouraging to attempt an unsuccessful download
i doubt i will get an answer but i better try, wtf could go wrong?
There appears to an issue with the Motonline servers.
I will take a look at the tomorow.

what are the SPLIT addons you refer to? never heard of them.... d'you have a link?
my guess, offhand, is that you don't need it, especially seeing as i've never heard of it before, lol
The spilt is there because MEGA wouldnt let some useres download a file larger than 2gb. It is just the normal BikeMOD that has been split

oh cool. then in theory i should have all the bikes >_> so confeussing. i even counted the fucking files to see if every bike was on my list XD
The Spilt file is just the BikeMOD file split into 3/4 parts (2gb a file)
Download them all, keep them all in the same folder and then open the first file and all the bikes will be there.
You are unpacking the bikes into the bikes folder in the GPBikes directory aren't you?

C:\Program Files (x86)\GP Bikes\gpbikes\bikes
that is where all the bikes are
Thats it.
Sorry, that is the correct folder
inside that you should have all the bike folders should look like this

(obviously this isnt all the bikes but you get the idea)
Ive tried all the above sill cant get on any servers, either says bike missing or bike miss match, and i do have all the bikes....
Try extracting the bikes folder pkz for the original bikes as I have found it can syop miss match problems

i dont understand :s
He means the bikes.pkz in the GP Bikes/gpbikes/ directory
It contains the default 4 bikes. Im not sure it will help but its worth a try.
If you have winzip, 7zip, pea zip or somthing similar installed just open the .pkz file and unpack the bikes into the bikes folder
Cough, you bought the game ? If not it wont work.
Plz explain how to unpack the pkz file , all winzip wants to do is zip it again ??? ???

Two things, one I can't find the default bikes folders, two looking through the other bikes .pkz files don't exist?

I found the files derp.
I would actually suggest getting rid of WinZip and getting 7Zip. It is a lot better than Winzip and it is a lot easier to work with. Just a tip not nessecery.

I got both installed but looks like I'm still not able to find the default folders for the bikes and I'm totally confused

If you have never added bikes you need to add a \bikes folder to drop the zip files into
ie
......\gpbikes\bikes\

this I've already done I never said this was the issue at first
that is where all the bikes from BIKEMOD are, >_>
this is what i get
Ive played online before about 3 months ago no problem but since then i changed pc and did new installation, just cant get this mofo to work. Seems hard to get help around here apart from the 1 or 2 guys responding.
@ziyaad- make another post about your issue. not eveyone will look at this thread.
@Dust- This is what your GP Bike directoy should look like. quickly, have you put your serial key back into gpbikes?
The folder that contains core.exe
(http://i.imgur.com/xnMXtoL.jpg)
the main GPB folder
(http://i.imgur.com/qfFtWYg.jpg)
Inside the bikes folder with all the unpacked bikes
The default four are in the Bikes.pkz can be unpacked to the Bikes folder shown above

Looks like I made it work. not sure wtf I did but I got the default bike folders in the /bikes folder....
Awesome :D
Thanks for the support.
Sorry for inconvenience <3.
But now when I attempt to join a server it says bike unknown to server..... what do you think could be the issue here? I downloaded the bikes just 7 days ago... at least that is.
do you think the issue would be the folders are downloaded as win.rar files and not as PKZ files?
Not a clue mate :P
Good you got it working ;D
