Try lowering the supersampling in the oculus.ini file, 100% is 1, try 0.8 to scratch some more fps.

That is a bug that also happens when playing without VR, it gets better with the betas but it still happens when there are a lot of people on the server.

In VR (Oculus Quest 2), in the replays, the asphalt is not seen, there is a kind of "empty" texture and the steam vr background is seen in the background.
