I'm in! ;D
Hawk #7
PS: JESUS! That track in the vid looks NARROW! Hehe! ;D
Sorry but I won't participate to this one. I hate the track. Not because of it's shape or corners but it's export to GPB. It's the worst. I can not enjoy the bike when I'm on that track. Also I prefer a GP race instead of 500s. Maybe on the next one. Have fun all !
My old Dualie would have a wheel hanging on the grass either side lol.
DD
Sign me up boss #61 :D
Sign me up!! ;) i tested both bikes a little as you can see! Still not happy with lap times haha.
Well the MZ wheelies a whole bunch! Totally out of control, but still fun riding :)

What are you like! ROFL!! ;D ;D
I'd be happy to get within a second of that time! Hehe ;D
Hawk.
Nah, didn't get my perfect lap, always lost some time, 1.40 time should be possible or at least 1.41 :D
MZ i can't get anywhere near the other time, it simply just wheelies too much no matter what i do and in every single gear haha ;D
I agree the MZ is a handful.
Sign me up for a Muz ride.
BTW, nice too see MMA CotC do a few laps for once and not just sit there at the bottom of the timesheets ;) well done! :D

I'm sorry but I agree with him. I will also not attend. prefer more GP races. have fun guys.
It's funny. Yesterday I could see what folk were meaning. The model's a bit micky mouse and only having two tree textures doesn't help it out much either.
Today though - didn't notice any of it. All I could see was the next braking marker, the next edge to hug and the next apex. :)
Kinda enjoying the track now that I've cooled off on the braking heroics. The problem I was having with the higher gears seems to have been caused by me not backing off the throttle while changing up. A little finesse and things are working fine now. :D
I remember the 600 race we had here ages ago, it was really fun but bloody hell it was difficult when you were out on your own.
It's better when you're in a group that can be each others breaking markers almost.
Shame JJS never finished the track or Hořice.

Absolutely agree with all of this Matty!
It is very difficult to push to the limits, missing your perfect braking spot is absolutely impossible to do for few laps in a row.
The 600 race was very good! i was not the fastest but i found a steady pace and crashed less haha :D
Now i think i get quite well along here with the 500cc so will be fun tomorrow :)
Yeah, this and Horice in finished version would be great!

Put shift help on. It helps!
Agree with what you say Groovy about the track. Once you are concentrating the aesthetics are not so important.
I have a soft spot for Hengelo I guess as it was JJS209 first go at building a track and he let me test it in the early days until completion and he did a real good effort there to get us a RoadRace track. And as you are saying we had some good races here. One of my favourites was with the Roadster_FZ6 man that is a fun bike. I really like it and great for 1st person races everywhere too.
Will it come back JJ? Are you still reading this stuff? maybe I PM you.
Don't be too hard on the track guys. Personally it is only the grass textures I hate which could be an easy fix (it is like a mosaic pattern which fux with my eyes especially riding on it!. Oh and if you see the buildings and 3D objects look wrong it is because you are going the WRONG WAY round the track !!! haha common mistake there.
Oh and the secret infield section of track is also a nice touch ;) Lets do this thang!
You can tell a ton of work has been done getting the bumps just so. The one at the bus-stop braking zone is similar to the one I've to add at the knockhill hairpin. Subtle and ok until you push too hard...
...then it's anything but ok. :D
Love a bump me 8)
My theoretical best is a 1.55 I can do this ;D
Put me down please Nick.
It's hard, but if Nick and Meyer can do it...
How about an easy one sometime?
My suggestion would be the little used 125 cup and Norisring. Not much to learn on the track, but with two wide 180 deg hairpins after slipstreaming straights it's an overtaker's dream and could be a fun track for racing. Visually stunning too.

Sure! But for the record I cannot do it lol.

Everyone welcome to suggest what they would like. The only thing about this I would say is are you sure about that bike? It is soooo annoying with its front end folds and no-one uses the damn thing. Need that ITA version or use the S80s. I will try anything though, the problem is the same for everyone so who can overcome it best will win.
My concern is people might be put off from entering :-\
I tried it, doesn't fold anywhere on this track. Might be my riding style tho ???
After watching Moto3 just now S80 on Jerez would be a great race. Stock 125 is not good enough to use IMO it folds to easy for MOST people.
DD
EDIT: OR a S80 AND MotoGP at Jerez. The MotoGP is sooooooooo good and we need to race them. Manu did so much work for us to have them it is only right we use them asap

No prob, I'm sure your suggestion will be more popular DD!
I just wanted us have an easy one sometime, suitable for everyone. Anytime, no rush. And for the sake of my sanity, please try the 125 cup at Norisring and tell me the front folds, coz no matter what I do, it won't go down.
Hey nuovaic, I have not tried that track you said and you were first in line bro. I am up for what you say if the 125 works on it.
Will give it a try after MotoGP
DD
Finally, time to get some practice...
i feel frisky...can i still sign up?
PeterV #45
Yes Mr PeterV. Just in time sign up is about to close

Is someone connected to the server with Wi-Fi or something because this is very unusual for me to get this many core.exe's? :(
Hawk.
Same here Hawk, 2 cores when peeps connecting!
I have had a bunch of cores today too, normally it is not this bad at all!
Hi is it possible to add me on the withelist?
That's come from me guy, i tried to connect without the muz and after i tried to connect but saw i wasn't on the whitelist
Is someone attacking Pibs Master server or something.... This is crazy! I'm getting core.exe after core.exe.
Hawk.
Can't see the server.
No Hengelo NDS in sight.
Janau - you will be added to WHITELIST shortly

Same for me Hawk I don't understand it all fine for 3 days then suddenly constant core.exe for everyone and cant even join.
Either someone is dragging it all down or someone is fucking with us. Either way I am out now. I don't need this shit at the last minute.
See if you can get on GPBOC2

I'm out too mate.... ... I've tried and tried to connect but just keeps crashing..... I bet someone is connected with Wi-Fi.... It's the only time I can remember this sort of thing happening like this after previously being okay earlier in the day. I bet it is. ::)

Okay mate... will try that. ;)
Hawk
Well i am connected with Wi-Fi but have always been and have never caused problems. The Lan-port on the PC doesn't work.
But yeah, core everytime i try to connect..
Why would Wi-Fi cause problems?
Sorry you Guys had problems, I too had many cores, then massive frame rate drop in qualy. Was ok for race though.
Thanks Nick and Matty, you Guys are so selfless.
One day we'll have a coreless race...
I've always been connected in wifi since i played gpbikes :-)
During my 15th lap my connection was down :-( i must contact iInternet access fournisseur (fai)
That was a great race until that, thank you guys, first timeon the muz and i ride only 20laps on motogp this week on this great track
Framerate drop happened during last week in solo mod, 160fps to 40 in many corners
I enjoyed it very much, I learned the track lap by lap, I had never tried this track and this bike, (the bike i dont like :P) but the track is very funny ;D
2st for the entire race not bad, because now I open gp bikes just to try my mod lol
Sorry, but i can't stand this track...
The bike is very difficult to ride but that's more my problem :P
Sorry for the madness that ensued tonight, there seemed to be a lot of connection issues
That was a laugh. :)
I missed the Server Disconnect message at Hengelo and was merrily knocking out practice laps. Came into the pits thinking it must be about quali time and realised I there was on my own. ???
Checked the forum, frantically downloaded SlovakiaRing, wobbled my way through qualifying.
Started race, thought "follow someone for a while" then realised no-one else roundabout me knew the track either... ;D
Had a laugh with janaucarre and someone else for a couple of laps.
...then many, many crashes...
....and the calibration was off on my pad, clutch kept slipping in fifth and sixth.
.....and whadda y'know? First race I've not been lapped in and a podium to boot. :P
Sorry to hear about all the cores and connection problems. :(
I am genuinely glad to hear a few of you had fun :)
I have no idea what happened with the connection problems never seen anything like that before.
Thanks Matty for saving the day ;)
Hopefully the next one goes smoother.

So....
I am keen to get a new race test as soon as possible to test my servers for this problem again. I have tried the track with the default 125 and it is OK because it is very smooth with no real elevation changes. Stull suffers (like all other bikes it seems) with sudden change in velocity vectors but very manageable.
I will put this on the server now and we can race it Wednesday evening and again if that is bad time for anyone.
