I have a problem with the oultonpark track.
If I start the sim I have immediately core exe.und the in online and offline mode.
Have it reinstalled 3 times, but always the same problem.
Maybe who knows the problem and can help me.

As the track is from the great CAWS I would guess you need to use the LAA hack to stop this

Because I do not allow hacks on my pc, I will not install synonymous.
Because the big Caws team as you say DD is not in a position to make the track like everyone else, I will simply ignore oultonpark.

Fin , LAA will only allow Core.exe to use more than 2GB ram, that seems to be needed with detailed tracks.
Won't cause any harm.
fin, also please note - if you, like me, used higher detail settings for textures in your gpbikes.ini [core] section, ie:
texture quality, replay length. turning these down to lower settings allowed me to run the track without the hack, and it runs well.

The LAA stuff it's not a hack in the bad sense of the term.
It's a windows trick to make use of more than 2GB.
100% safe, zero risk. You can undo the changes at any time. It requires no installation.
I think you can also do it manually with WOW64. You could inject it on any executable with a drag'n'drop. I think LAA is just a user interface but does exactly the same.

I am really overstrained.

The software is pretty self explanitery.
Launch it
Select Core.exe
Check the Box to use more than 2gb of memory
Click save
Done!
You could also ask for a LAA hacked core.exe from one on the forum ?

1. make a backup of the original core.exe and store it somewhere, or rename it (for instance Original_core.exe.)
2. unzip the core.exe from the attachment and copy it into youre GPB folder.
3. play nice tracks.

fin, you will need the laa 2 0 4 zip, that is the actual hack tool. the other framework options are only if your system is not updated with those.
so, just try the 2 0 4 zip first, it should work just by itself.
as the other guys say, this 'hack' is not really a hack, and is in no way harmful to your pc.
believe me, these tracks are great, and well worth the little extra effort... ;)
