Sommat like this:

Points example:

Nick and Patrick are put in a team  based on leaderboard positions (one high/one low)
BoB and MaLve are put in a team based on leaderboard positions (one high/one low)

Time Trial  - Nicks best Time 3 mins,  Patricks time 2 mins 30 seconds.  Total Time 5'30s - Final position 2
                - BoB best Time 2'15s, MaLve best time 2'35s                      Total Time 4'50s - Final position 1 (least time)

Race - Nick finishes 5th, Patrick finishes 7th.  Combined finishing score 12 - Final position 2
        - Bob finishes 2nd, MaLve finishes 9th.   Combined finishing score 11 - Final position 1 (lowest score)

There is a mathematical equation that can be used in situations like this to determine the answer automatically.

Why to make that 3 tours because I find that that makes a little bit short. We can put tires soft and make 3 tours with.

For me personally, i think we should stick with shorter tracks and NDS tracks for a while until Core issue is fixed..

This was for me the worst event.. Not that track or anything was wrong, but the game was just against me..

Didn't enjoy at all and was so pissed because i had something like 10 cores in 45min..

Didn't get a fair lap and couldn't even participate in race...

If there is more of those long tracks that is with dynamic surface, i won't participate, as i can already say i won't finish the race because of cores..

Nothing against the event mate! :)

Ps. Sorry i just got this little mad attack, as i was so pumped for this race after Hengelo and after my good practice times..

So I was quite happy. Trained a couple of times and the 250 is nice on this track.

The race: too much accidents in the first lap, together with Blackheart ;)
Later on I got in a nice rythm and even went as far as passing people because they made mistakes.
That means I wasn't far behind.

I think i'll stick to making skin... :P

Awful for me. Got smashed off loads of times first lap, then I smashed loads of people off trying to get back into it, then I smashed myself up the rest of the race until I let (!) Yan lap me so the pain would end.
A man can only take so many cliff jumps.
Disaster! >:( :'(

Yep one more core for the horrible sunday evening..

I think i will stay away from long tracks with dynamic surface until the core issue is fixed.

Was so pissed already in QP that i kept making mistakes and then when i got perfect race start i thought i had a chance, when there was less bikes, but then the hairpin crash and it just went down from there..

I am a lot of fun :) I lost the third position with approximately 10 seconds remaining thinking that the race was over (I know I'm an idiot  ;D)

Yes its true I was fast but very inconsistent so lost the lot and hit a lot of people getting through and for that I am very sorry to everyone I took out (more than once too).  :-[

P.S. Perhaps the first hairpin, there is a bug, I have fallen into the ground, without any reason  ::)

One thing I have to try to explain here - the roundabout.

The white line shows the route - anything else is a short cut  (even if unintentional). It is quite clear I think. If you didn't go round it then expect a time penalty. I have a difficult job here but things must be fair.

It's more about the approach I think. And brake on time.

That roundabout made me make 2 crashes in same lap (5-10sec) on the only full lap i got.. still 3.58 i guess is ok with that problem.

I had a pretty good race with only a few crashes on this tricky circuit. The GP250 was a dream to ride around this track; no front end problems whatsoever.  ;D

I ended up finishing 3rd place so I'm happy! And my teammate Patrick got 5th place so we should be well placed mate! ;D

@BlackHeart: I don't know were you got the impression of you only loosing 3rd place within the last 10 secs of the race because I was 3rd place for most of the race. You must've been thinking about 4th place? ;D

More proper race circuit races for a while now I hope.... These road races are hard work! Hehe

I just reviewed the whole race and Yan cut the roundabout every lap in both qually and the race.  Unfortunately this probably means he thinks it is the correct route so we can't be mad. I have told him by PM (in French (hopefully)) and unless anyone objects he will have 10 seconds per lap added to qually and race his times.

Let me know if you think this is unfair. Man this is a dirty job   ::)

But yes, you have a difficult job when handing out penalties and trying to be fair all round in the process, but I'm sure we all understand your position and will stand by your decisions mate.  ;) 8)

I overtook you when the race was finished, but I didn't realized it was already over, so I did race pace, maybe that was the reason you thought it was still in race.
Good race for me, very beautiful track, but a lot of chatting in quali kept my concentration down.
I never had problems with cores, I play on two different systems but with none of them I got those probs.  Wonder often what the problem is with those many cores like in Meyers case. Maybe to much stuff installed?

The 'helicopter cam' is really great I wish more tracks had it  8)

Chat - yes the limited chat rule was relaxed for qually as it was a long period this time but back to normal next race.

Maybe the cores are directly proportional  to rude stuff on PC. Hence Meyer the Dominatrix had little chance.... ;D
