Technically yes, you can make any engine curve even a Wankle engine.

Just get the sound and you're there. :D

I'd love to see the rotory engine JPS Norton bike created for GPB!  ;D 8)

If I recall correctly, even the longitudinal crankshaft (instead of the usual transversal one) is supported.
So if you get an idea of the rotational inertia this thing has, you're good to go.
