I do not like that bike visually. The chassis looks very old school, especially the long and heavy rear. But maybe it is needed in terms of balance - the M1 which is said to have the best handling also has a rather long rear. But despite the looks, I look forward to KTM's first race in Valencia. I hope they will be succesful - the more the merrier!

Nice looking and sounding bike but I'm skeptical that KTM will ever get close to the top teams with the trellis frame.

Nothing wrong with the trellis concept especially as you move toward the engine becoming the major structural chassis item with the swing arm and steering bolted on, seems to be Kaswasakis new direction and they were originally one of the leaders with beam frame designs.The trellis is probably a simpler and cheaper chassis concept for smaller manufacturers to experiment with modified designs than having to cast, forge and fabricate aluminum beam designs.
