Hey :)
I got a Problem ... When i want to Ride in Rain i allwaS get a Black Screen with wite Rain Drops .. i cant See anything
... My pc is pretty Old ... Anyone knows why ?

Rain takes a lot of ressource and if your computer is very old with low configuration i think its normal

Could be a graphic card driver issue too. Update, if you can.
