Title: Beta9: m_afSuspMaxTravel in SPluginsBikeEvent_t is zero ?

Both front and real values are zero at EventInit().

Side question (minor): should they be passed in SPluginsRaceAddEntry_t ?

Suspensions data is beyond the intended use of SPluginsRaceAddEntry_t
