Title: Game crashes pc when i alt+tab out?

not played in a while...
is there an issue with alt+tab? when i tab out both of my monitors go black and i have to restart my pc. ctrl+alt+del does nothing when the screens go black.

All fine with Alt+Tab

Have you tried to disconnect one of your screens to see if alt tab makes it crash ?
