If you are on nVidia try the "non-DCH" driver. I have no idea what it is but it solved some random issues for me.
Go to the nvidia driver page, right click on the final download button and paste that URL into a new tab. Delete the "-dch" part from the URL and press enter to download this alternative driver installation. Make sure to make a clean reinstall.
Also try switching between windowed and fullscreen mode and turning on or off desktop scaling in the nvidia control panel.

You sure you need the rescaling? I think it's only needed when running programs at non-native resolutions, like very old games etc.

Great, currently trying to set up the touch controllers for gyro leaning. Could be interesting I think. Having a few unrelated stability issues with my system at the moment, though.

4k in design programms you cant see tools and digits properly without rescalling so yes I HAVE to rescale.

But NOT rescalling GPB so it should not be happening
