I don't know if this is possible (or recommended), but perhaps look-back should work in VR?
At the moment it does not.
For me it's a bit difficult to rotate fully, and can't do the under-arm-upside-down look I used to do in real life because headset will fall off.
There's no look back in VR unfortunately, but it would be good to have as it's tough to do in VR with the fairly low FOV (I'm sure I've bruised my spine trying). I do wonder if it'll make you sick using it though, but I'd like the option myself.
