If you want i can provide you with a second server to use. which can be setup like you want.

I'm italian and I think I've done a grand total of 2 laps on oDi's scooters (not even sure, maybe less). He knows I hate them :)
But I've heard they do a super funny event where each rider has only 3 laps to qualify: everybody is watching the rider while he does the 3 laps and one or two are commenting on teamspeak live.

I think the sound you hear depends on what you have installed locally, for both your bike and the other bikes.
