Why so strict when teams are already signed up if one rider cant race, then i would think it is fair to get a new racer for a team? I understand many want to race, but the team is already signed up, do you see in real life teams quit because one rider cant race, no the find a new racer for the team.
This is just my opinion, not saying anything bad about the rules or what you say, i just dont understand it and dont think it is fair..
