Pretty sure that's just the wrong 9 o'clock GMT lol. It should be 21:00hrs or 'the other' 9 o'clock - the evening one. or 22:00 CET.   :P

Is there any intention to smooth 'bumpy corner' on Misano? My teeth are falling out there and I am really, really p'eed off with it. >:(

Tried every setting and line under the sun there but at my skill level its still a lottery every lap as to if I'm eating asphalt again. 9 times out of 10 I am.

Of course if this is realistic I am all for it and I will 'man-up' about it immediately. Appreciate it might be my lack of skills.

I'm working on fixing Misano:

To fix:

• Last corner exit: There is a hole in the sand pit mesh were riders fall through.
  This problem has now been fixed.
  
  
• One of the corners creates a lot of instability in the Moto 3 bike front end causing front end washouts easily.
  Not sure if I can fix this without original source files(which I have not got), but I'm looking at working just with the collision detection mesh to see if I can rebuild that section of track. Let's see how it goes.  ;)
  
• For this fixed version of Misano, it will need a new replay zoom camera file creating if anyone is interested in doing that? This would save me time, otherwise I'll have to do it myself when I've finished doing the above work. Contact me via 'Personal Message(PM)' if your interested and I'll send you the track files you'll require to do that.

I just realized, that the race is Sunday. I was raised Russian Orthodox so that is Easter for us. I'll try to make it but not sure if I will be able to. Since will have family and nieces and nephews around. Can I put bumped down to Wildcard? I'll try to make it if I can. Just the races for me are in the afternoon 5 pm or so. :)

Yes its lovely generally but I see in chat many complain of the bumpy right corner before the right/left chicane where, for mortals, it is a lottery to make it round, but as I said if no-one wants it changed they must say. The 'hole' needed filling though.

So I think misano is a beautiful course.
two curves are to be treated with caution. But if you have a good setup that is found to deal with.
I once just sepang getestet.aber hello, since running in many curves much bad. :o
This course is for me almost impassable. 8)
is anyone ever driven the price test? ::)

Hi Loopa....

That would be great! You do the Zoom/Camera replay file(all I would advise when creating the zoom cameras is to not have all cameras zoomed right into the rider, but have some sections of the track were we can also see other riders in the camera shot too).
Great! This will allow me to crack on with the Marshals File.  ;)

I will send you a PM with the new track version download link so you can work fully on this.

I have sorted out the dodgy corner during my lunch break. Riders will now be able to go through that corner with complete confidence.

Creating a new section of collision detection mesh is a lot simpler job than creating track and then having to UV map and texture and match track to terrain, etc, etc.....  :)

It's okay. Jose..... Thanks for the thought, but Loopa has already kindly offered to do the Replay camera file for me, that's all I need right now.....

Although I'm having problems getting the sector times to register on track.... seems no matter what I do they just won't register? Do you know anything about applying the "Race Data" file, because at the moment it's got me completely foxed(beat). I've tried everything I know and the sector times still won't register.  If I can't get the sector timings to work then we'll have to stick with the current version of Misano. I'm hoping someone else can take a look at it from a fresh perspective(I've probably done something really silly(hopefully) and they could see the problem.

It helped me a lot to try Yan's setup (thanks a lot for the help) and to do a few (probably 20) laps with you guys! I learned a lot about how to ride here in GP Bikes. I can see my progress slowly :D

It is an error if you fall out of the game and all option to resume the race would be lost . One could solve ? I see you've upgraded to Misano_08.NDS.

Yes. I have been working on Misano, and I have fixed the hole and the dodgy corner for Misano, but have not officially released the new fixed version of the track as yet because I need to fix the timing sector markers so that they register lap and sector times. I'm working on the this problem now after Dibu has very kindly found the solution to this problem for me.

Loopa is also kindly doing a new replay zoom camera file for this track, so as soon as I get everything together I will release this track for everyone. Hopefully later today.  ;)

Hi Bambino

Well I don't know about the decision for the track being used for the qualifying hotlaps, but version 0.7 does register the track lap and sector times correctly, so I see no reason why that version couldn't be used for the hotlap times and then switch to the fixed 0.8 version for the race. Same as happened for the Silverstone race last time, otherwise it would be unfair to expect everyone to rush onto the hotlap server to make sure they put in a last minute time to qualify. Some riders will already have posted a time they expect to qualify with, Hope you understand what 'm saying? That if you change the track during hotlap qualifying then everyone has to post a new hotlap time(that would be unfair).  ;)

Actually, although I'm a hardcore Oldschool kind of guy I do like to watch modern MotoGP.... The last race was an all time CLASSIC... Nice one "The Doctor"!! One for the Old School guys!  ;D ;D

I think Rossi is the only guy left in Moto GP that used to race the Old GP500 2 strokes if I'm not mistaken? I knew there was a good reason to like him.  :P ;D

Actually, although I'm a hardcore Oldschool kind of guy I do like to watch modern MotoGP.... The last race was an all time CLASSIC... Nice one "The Doctor"!! One for the Old School guys!  ;D ;D

I think Rossi is the only guy left in Moto GP that used to race the Old GP500 2 strokes if I'm not mistaken? I knew there was a good reason to like him.  :P ;D

For me a great race where I left the last one. I made a great departure avoid the collisions, I saw hezio, jose and lopateli and I was able to catch up them, with hezio we fought well take everything one can of avance.
j' forgot the race because I looked at the MOTOGP and I forgot.

Another race to forget for me. Fist 5 laps were awesome, an epic battle between Jose Hezio and me, then a small crash for me but I wasen't too far and I expected to catch the front guys as they where battleling together and loosing time each lap. Then it happened. MY INTERNET WENT OFF. Incredible always something happen to me, if it's not a core is a disconnection.
At least it was a battle to remember.
Congrats yan for another superb race, and also to all other riders, specially Hezio and Jose

Good, that was what i thought too, but i would still like to apologize, i think that is better sportsmanship, because i was involved no matter if it was race incident or a stupid pass :)

Good race yesterday at Misano ! Congratulations to the podium and all the participants !
I could finish sixth , good position regret having coached little in Misano . A circuit I like . The start of the race was bad since overtaking Giorgie we touched and went down , things racing there is no problem . Then in the next lap to overtake Meyer we came back to play again and cai . Meyer do not worry, they are sets of career :) .

Then I could get a safe pace , did not want to risk falling and I was rolling on 39s , had thought but good roll in constant 38s . The next to try to improve !

Good race for me, only 4 crash , but no good result.... Bambino next time please attention, you play only 2 races in champ and very dangerous enter in corner 2 in first lap. I have a target and can't drive with close eyes!!!

Meyer anything. I think it's a fair but right overtaking and you earn the position and since then I could not open the path, unlucky for me. Regards!

Good giorjoe! If I run two races is important reasons. At Turn 2, I saw the replay and the truth, I think I have earned the site but not the ideal line, perhaps from your own views or saw me, sorry if it was so. He would not cast and I think is a correct overtaking. I feel your fall but I think it is my opinion, that is a correct overtaking. Furthermore I want to say that I always try not to damage anyone's career, I always try to advance very carefully because my have thrown me several times to go to the limit and do not like.

Giorjie if you think I did a bad overtaking sorry, it was not my intention.  :-\
