Maybe Nick should clarify this, because as I understand the event, it's no more than two of the same bike in each cat of each race? But Moto 2 and GP250 bikes can run in the same race?

We need Gp250 bikes AND Moto 2 bikes mixed together in each race so yes they must run in the same race.
Maximum of two of the same make Moto 2 bike in each race.
Ie only 2 Kalex, 2 Suter, etc

Let me try to explain: As I understand your rules, your restricting riders choice of bike because as more club members sign up for the event the choice of bike others can choose is greatly reduced by your
maximum 2 of the same bike per race limit. Or am I seeing it wrongly?
Plus because of the max 2 same bike limit for each event the first sign-ups will get the best stable bikes and the rest have to make do with less stable bikes, I just think this is a little unfair considering the huge gap in stability between some of the bikes. This will mean many riders will have their front ends folding for no good reason while other riders on the stable bikes can fly through the same corner no problem. I hope you can see what I'm trying to say here? :)
I understand and can see the benefits of having a variety of different bikes taking part in the races, but until all the bikes physics are all sorted out properly and stable I think limiting riders choices of what bikes they want to ride is a little unfair to the later sign-ups for events, as they will end up with only the best of the worst bikes left available to choose from, and because of that will be at a big disadvantage.
I'm just trying to point out the pro's and con's of your maximum limit of 2 of the same bike per race ruling. ;) :)

The Ducati Cup race was lovely to see and hear all the different bikes.
It seems if I left it as it was everyone would have only the Kalex 2014 either because they did not understand or is it the best?
I did not realise that in this one Moto 2 category there would be such a difference in bikes with stability etc
If you think there is (and I always bow to your superior experience) then say and I will open it up. I thought all the Moto 2 s were quite even?

Fuel - the GP250 holds only 22L
Each lap with ideal gearing 1.90L
Laps 12 + 1 warmup
Fuel 1.75L/Lap with 'non-ideal' gearing.
The obvious thing to do would be to reduce the laps but where's the fun in that?

Yes mate. It decides when it wants to update I'm afraid. I don't know when or why it sometimes stops. But for our races it doesn't mean anything anyway so don't worry too much.
Race length is 10 laps.
The WARM-UP Lap will be removed for tonight because of lap length, so that race re-starts can occur easier if needed (max 2).Please note that removing the warm-up lap potentially makes a jump or DSQ more likely - so when you go to track get all ready to pull away
before the start sequence (box disappearing, red lights etc) begins and don't move a muscle until lights are green! ;D
GPBOC 2 Server has been opened for you to practice Race Starts - use the POLL system to get to Race. Enjoy

I have just tested Race Start and there is an uphill camber on the Start/Finish straight that will make your bike roll backwards.
When you join track - apply brake, select gear and sit very still till race green light. If you roll backwards a little bit before the start sequence begins this is a good thing - less chance of a jump!
Don't forget guys...... Stay within the track limits(White lines and kerbs) or you'll get a time penalty during race, so be careful! :P ;D

Then i popped a wheelie and hit blackheart with it, very very sorry.
After that some falls but after 3-4 laps got in a rhythm and was going good untill the finish, i ebjoyed that
and that does not happen often these days with GPB.
Im curious what i will think of the M2 Tech3 on Spa.

Ah we run 2 servers - GPBOC 1 and GPBOC 2 - GPBOC was set up to allow people to practice a race start only.
We removed the Warm-up lap from GPBOC 1 because if there was Race restarts due to Jumps and DSQs (look at my RED FACE :-[) doing whole warm up laps would take too long.
Sorry you didn't understand mate - next week will be the same - NO WARM-UP LAP.
We will use Warmup laps on shorter tracks. Again Aplogies to you Blackie.

I've always loved this track, but dissappointed in the front end problems on both bikes.
I thought I had a crap start, couldn't hear the engine with all the other noise, but probably didn't turn out too bad. 1st lap nearly collided with Nick on the back straight, then just wanted to get in a rhythm but took many laps to get there. Quite pleased with 3rd, but could have been better. Yan seemed to cruising, but so consistent. Didn't see Yan, Meyer or anyone last 7laps, lone race but nice.

Matty: I had a problem this week with my BT line kept resetting my BT router 2 to 3 times a day. I Phoned them up and asked them to check the synchronisation on my line, they checked it and found it was full of noise. Since they sorted it I have had no problems whatsoever with disconnections since. Give em a call mate. ;)

If it rains and the phone rings, Internet drops out (parents run a business from home, so the phone rings a lot). and shit like this happens more and more often.
We've tried calling them but every time we get some foreigner (Not hating, but there is definitely a language barrier). They "check the phone line and reset it", tell us there isn't any issues and basically hang up. They've sent engineers before and they've found FA and tell us to ring BT support and the shit cycle begins again! Only got to wait until 2017 and then Norfolk (well the bit I live in) gets Infinity!

A clear WIN for the MOTO 2 class! Though with 3 of our (GP250) best riders missing that's debateable!.

Race start was terrible for me. Put anti wheelie on and still managed to flip it over at start line. LOL ;D
The Kalex 2014 was much better at taking the last chicane than the RSA 250. I had no problems leaning right into both corners of the chicane and accelerating out. The Kalex was a little shaky going around the first corner hairpin bend on exit, but apart from that the Kalex is a pretty good handling bike apart from woobles on corner exit of "O' Rouge" if you keep the power on. A good 8MPH slower than the RSA250 though.
4th place in the race I believe is pretty good for me. I didn't see many people in the race but enjoyed it.

Satisfied with 2nd even though i would have wanted to be closer to Yan haha! :D but for this time with little too many crashes and couldnt find the right setup :( but a fantastic event!!
Now looking forward for next weeks race on the 250GP :D

Something I instantly see riding the Kalex is that Tyre temperatures can be made higher than 600 easily.
The problem with the RSA is tyre temperatures fall below 600 and it is pretty impossible to get the temp up using any pressure/suspension changes. Could this be the cause of small bike front folds?? We already know that its a fold-fest if the air temp is also very low too.

P.S. In the end it was impossible to drive the RSA the bike did not run more with the hard tires ???
can the practice server be set too dry weather?
The tech3 bike only seems to have a wet front tire not a rear one :(
straight down at the bottom of the rear tire list is a wet tire, if i remember right..
Its realistic weather just log out and start new session bud. If there is no wet Tyre I will set it dry later when I can

Whilst I suspect the W919 is supposed to be a wet (I'm guessing) I must say that neither the Dunlop RAIN front or the Dunlop W919 rear show a wet tread pattern? Compared to Gp250 Wet tyres that have a distinctive Wet tread.
Maybe the modder can enlighten us pleeeease ;)

After much testing, the Kalex 2014, to me, is a bucking Bronco Crazy Horse-bike that spits me off randomly at 1 minute intervals, and laughs at me - too difficult for my limited skills what with its random tankslappers and 360 spins.
However, the Suter 2014 laughs with me, correcting my crazy riding while also massaging my mind-muscle. :o
Fortunately the great HAWK God convinced us that there were no bike limits so I officially change to the loving Suter 2014 too. Yes I am embarrassed but I am determined to enjoy this next race. ;D

Handled like a dream for me except for going up through and the exiting the "O'Rouge", but if you eased the throttle just before the peak of the hill it would sort it out good, but you had to time it right....... I didn't try the Suter 2014.... you'll have to let me know if it's faster than the Kalex because the Kalex is slower than the RSA250 down the straights. ;)

The Kalex feels faster, more twitchy and could be tamed by experts like yourselves and in the 1 lap I managed to go fast all the way round it has potential to be the fastest but not for me. Eu Rouge is a classic example of Buckaroooo! But heavy acceleration, kerb touches etc induce terrible wobbles that I cant tune out. At this stage getting round in a steady fashion is enough for me.
Got some good times in on the Moriwakiyamasaki or whatever its called but the lack of being able to turn off EB on all the 2013 Moto 2s makes it hard work to go fast. I'm not saying I don't like them but they need to be raced in a class together.
At least Blackie agrees or I might think I was better suited to 4 wheels or at least stabilisers. hehe :-*

Maybe a check marker is being missed? It would also explain why two people kept seeing blue flags last race - their lap was not counted so they became 1 lap down.

Best way to explain that is to follow a rider through there.... But I'd say the same as any other corner.... Take a look at it and find the straightest route through the corner as possible and that's your line. As to were you start to turn in, etc, etc, that depends on how brave you are and what speed your going. ;D
Approaching down the hill to Eau Rouge I line myself up for the straightest route, kick it down 1 or 2 gears(depending on speed), no braking at all, then about approx. 20 yards before the apex of the first right hander I start my turn in and let the bike slide through the apex, then just before you flick the bike back over to the left as your approaching the peak of the hill make sure you feather your throttle to lean over to the left before easing open to full throttle again on exit or you'll end up over the handlebars in pieces once you hit the top. That's how I do it for me.... May not work for you, just depends on your style and probably controller settings. I use a joystick on 100% direct lean, you probably use a gamepad with less direct lean? That would make a big difference I feel in how you would control going through Eau Rouge. But the basics are there. ;)
But best thing to do is to follow someone through Eau Rouge who is capable. ;)

I'll almost guarantee that you went off track and missed a track sector marker that is part of registering your laps? Have you a replay file we can see?

Servers have been updated to 2.95 which includes the "NEW" RSA 250. You will need it to get in the server.
I have tested the 2.90 RSA against this server and it will not work (Data Mismatch) so some files must of changed.

CRAPPY 2stroke bikes!!! had a comfy lead after Yan's retirement and before that had a great fight with Yan, then with 1,5 lap to go, engine blew out of a corner at low RPM in 3rd.. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :P

I loved the 2 stroke until it broke!
Before that had a lot of fun with Yan, first 2 laps together, then i crash onto the straight, then he crashes and i catch up and we are close for a few laps, before he crashes into last two corners and i can get a little gap, but he was fast! catching up a bit until his retirement then i thought the win was mine fore sure, until engine blew...
Unfortunately, I am thinking that the race was over I retired ... people were talking in chat so I thought I finished the race and I lost four positions so ....

Great race for me hardly fell off except first lap on the straight! Slipstreaming my arch enemy Matty and pulled out in a swerve to go round him but onto grass and lost it. ::)
Then I just plodded around till I passed crashers and retirers and got a good position (for me). Really enjoyed that one.
And the rules on chat in the club races are that chat is allowed but restricted to saying sorry and things like that please.

Firstly. Congrats to Nouviac for the race win... Well done mate! ;D 8)
Secondly. Commiserations to Meyer and Yan... I watched the replay and they were having a TITANIC battle out there at the front of the pack. It was superb to watch but unfortunately the engines blew on both bikes before the finish. But it was great to watch while it lasted guys! Nice one! 8) 8)
For me personally, I had great fun out there battling at different stages with SuperTaranta, Peter, Nouviac and Nick to mention just a few, but unfortunately I crashed too much for my own good and dropped down the field through pushing too hard trying to make up time, silly me..... But great fun guys! ;D
Anyway, it was great to be back on the 2 stroke 250 bike. It's a great little bike, just needs tweaking here and there in my opinion to polish it up. ;)

For the Race, to be honest, i was done with it after quali. 13 seconds slower than the other 250cc... Was a slap in the Face, Even for me, als i'am not the fastest Rider. I dunno how they Do this. The Bike is horrible in my opinion. Runs very wide in corners, no motorbrake, wheels out up to 4th gear.
Anyway. I always appreciate to Race with you guys, very smart and nice Club of bike lovers. :-*

Was a lucky win for me, Yan and Meyer should have been in front really. Not sure why their engines broke, not seen replay yet, but I did overgear the bike to help prevent that happening to me. Didn't make much difference to lap times and was easier to drive too.
Patrick, if you got any problems or need something checking, or to borrow a setup, just ask. It's club racing, we help each other!

My race starting very bad with a crash and in the first 2-3 laps no good time, after I go very well I was behind nick and hawk but when I see the flag and people in chat I retired for error... Sorry :-\
I knew putting a handful of sand in the 250 tanks would do the trick!

I know it causes problems but, man the rubber build up is just flippin cool 8)

Yeh I've been thinking a lot on the DS lately after testing various wet scenarios. We must try it again after B7.

Yes Blackie I know! I spent a lot of the race with someone breathing hard on my neck. First SuperT for many laps, then you and finally Hawk. I was a nervous wreck by lap 10. Lol.
