I know Nordschleife and BreuquainVille
Ulster gp and a version of the north west are available.
Check Hawks Track Database for all curent tracks.
I already said Ulster ;)

Also have a look at JANJ GP track, Hengelo and the A5000 (not really a track but fun to ride)
