To start World Racing Series in testing mode, launch core.exe with the following params:
core.exe -testing [-set params (config_file)]

for example:
core.exe -testing -set params victoria.ini

The configuration file must be in the installation path, under the "wrs" folder.
If not set, "testing.ini" is used.
