Title: standalone fbx2edf

Any chance of recompiling the converter as native 64 bit?

I have allowed it to access the full 32bit 3.9 gig but it fails with a (very) big project at this point.

Thank you

Noticed the 'bump' in memory usage occurs when NOTE:Using smooting groups' appears in the log then it seems to reduce a bit

Could the LAA tool doing the rounds be used on the fbx2edf exe?

Sorry if I'm off the mark, haven't tried it yet myself..

Checked with another object group 3.9meg and crashes  :(

I can only guess its making a lot of copies of the same texture to eat so much ram as the objects are mainly repetitive (people, trees etc).
